ZHM12 Agency is a Canadian federally incorporated non-profit built around three connected areas: Faith, Innovation and Well-being. Our growing work explores how faith-rooted values, human potential, knowledge, collaboration and practical social innovation can contribute to stronger people and flourishing communities.

Our approach
ZHM12 is beginning lean and growing intentionally through distinct expressions. Rather than trying to do everything at once, we are developing focused initiatives that respond to spiritual, developmental and community needs while remaining within our organizational capacity.
Governance & leadership
ZHM12 Agency is governed by a three-member Board of Directors. The Founder & Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership and reports to the Board. This structure supports accountability and keeps the organization distinct from the personal identity of its founder.
Olubunmi Adeyemi
Founder & Executive Director
Olubunmi Adeyemi is the Founder & Executive Director of ZHM12 Agency. She is an interdisciplinary professional with more than 20 years of experience across public service, financial services, regulated environments, business operations, stakeholder engagement and community-focused service. Her professional interests increasingly include policy, social innovation, responsible information stewardship and community well-being.
As Executive Director, she leads ZHM12’s strategy and operations under Board oversight. The agency’s mission, programs, partnerships and public identity remain organizational rather than personal.
