When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, organization (optional), email address, reason for contacting us and your message.
How we use it
We use this information only to read and reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
How we protect it
Form submissions are sent to our organizational email account. Access is limited to people at ZHM12 Agency who need it to respond. We keep enquiries only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, then delete them.
Third-party services
This website uses Google Fonts to display text. If we add analytics, a mailing list or registrations in future, we will update this notice first.
Your choices
